Catherine Canales is a women empowerment advocate who works with women to amplify their communication, connection, and confidence so they can make an influential impact on the world.

Catherine is a seasoned business development professional and sales leader with 25 years of experience in various commercial roles. She is also the founder of NoGap, a coaching and consulting boutique that helps women negotiate effectively, overcome imposter syndrome, and find their true calling.

Catherine has a remarkable story of resilience and transformation that had given her the opportunity to reinvent herself, to pursue her passion, and to empower other women to do the same.

Catherine’s down-to-earth humor compels audiences to laugh while they learn. She engages groups from the moment she steps in front of them and leaves them with empowering tools and focused mindsets that they will use long after the event is over. Catherine is passionate about people, leadership, and successful businesses. She is especially inspired to help women close the gender pay gap, one salary negotiation at a time.

Catherine’s honors include being a dynamic and engaging speaker who has delivered keynote speeches, workshops, and webinars on topics such as salary negotiation, career transition, personal branding, and leadership development. She is also the VP of Public Relations of the Toastmasters International Club of Nyon.

When not speaking or coaching, Catherine can be found enjoying life with her partner Dominique and three sons, traveling the world, and cooking.
